Suggested package edits: During the first launch the application XLFEdit is doing a set information, and a set securtiy on c:\heartsome\HSSuite6. It is also creating a a few files and directories under this directory. Then it cleans them all up. But it leaves an altered copy of c:\Heartsome\HSSuite empty in the RW sublayer. As long as this empty directory is there the application will not launch. A Reset/or deleteing that directory will allow the application to launch again. Also copying the directory (Even if you delete al contents) from the read only to the RW will allow the app to launch. I suspect it has something to do with the Set Information, or Set Security seen in the Filemon, although the ACLS on the directories are identical.
